Registration Guidelines:

Children above 10 years have to be registered as accompanying person.

Mode of Payment:

All payments in form of Cheque & DD to be made in favour of "CSEPI Conference Account" payable at Jaipur and send it to conference secretariat.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat & the refund will be made after one month Of the conference.
If cancellation is received on / before 20th July, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is received on / before 20th Aug, 2026, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
There after, there is no refund.
Cancellation requests Will only considered if sent via email sexcon2026@gmail.com

Kindly share the scanned copy of the challan or the reference number of NEFT transfer done by mail to info@marundeshwara.com with subject line NEFT TRANSFER DETAILS FOR AOFS 2018.
Alternatively you can go online to our registration system, login and update the same details in the system.
On receiving these details, we will verify with the bank and revert with registration confirmation.
