In twin accommodation, a delegate can team up with a fellow delegate of his/her own choice and opt for joint twin accommodation. Alternately we will create a pool of delegates who wish to share twin accommodation with other delegate.

Residential Package : Includes following.

1. The delegate can check in from 25th Mar 2pm onwards and can attend the workshop, can spend the evening leisurely on the adjacent beach, hotel swimming pool.

2. Accommodation in the well-designed comfortable air conditioned 5 star sea facing rooms with gallery with all amenities (Tea coffee maker with daily replanishables, all toiletries, LED TV, Electronic safe, Mini Bar, Mini Fridge, with multi channels, Free wifi, packaged drinking water bottles, complimentary usage of Swimming pool, Gymnasium etc) from 25th March 2pm till 27th March 12noon. (Swim wear compulsory to use swimming pool)

3. Dinner on 25th and Gala Dinner with Cocktails on 26th March. Buffet Breakfast on 26th and 27th March. Lunch on 26th and 27th March

4. Complimentary pick up from Goa Dabolim Airport on 25th March after 1pm and Complimentary drop to Goa Airport on 27th March after completion of Conference in AC coach.

5. Entry to all the sections and sessions of the workshop and the conclave with tea/coffee.

7. Delegate Kitwith a memorable gift. (Medical Students will not be given Delegate Kit).

8. Any additional service / consumption not mentioned above will be borne by the delegates.

Associated delegate / spouse will have all the facilities and privileges of a delegate except the delegate kit.

Delegate Kit can not be guaranteed for spot registration.

Children below 6 years are free. Over 6 years will be considered as associated delegates.

Any delegate who want to extend their stay before or after the conference at Bogmallo Beach Resort have to book in advance to get the special rate @ Rs 10,000 per room per day for 2 persons (inclusive of all 3 meals)
