Visa : All Foreign nationals need proper visa to enter into India. Letters of Invitation for visa purposes will be sent on request.



Two scholarships will be awarded to the registered CSEPI members who will present the original research work in the conference. All those who wish to apply for scholarship need to apply to Dr. Sanjay Deshpande (sanjaygdeshpande2@gmail.com) Convener, Scientific Committee. The decision of the scientific committee will be final. Applicants need to submit full research article to Dr. Sanjay Deshpande. Only abstracts will not be considered. Scholarship includes registration fees, travel cost (2nd AC – return) and budget accommodation. The two research works selected will be published in “News & Views”, newsletter of CSEPI. The presenter should agree to publish it in News & Views.

Force Majeure:

For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, lockouts, riots or any such civil disturbances, any acts of god, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, droughts and typhoons and any other cause of circumstance of whatsover nature beyond control) that have an impact on the arrangements, timetables or planning of the 15th Congress of the Asia Oceania Federation for Sexology & CSEPI’s 34th Annual Conference of Sexology and their corresponding activities in Chennai, India. AOFS & CSEPI have the right to immediately alter or cancel the activities or events or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly thereto. No party involved shall be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation.
